Integrity Medical Billing was founded in 1996 by someone who had already spent more than a decade inside chiropractic and physical therapy practices — not as a vendor, but as an owner.
Our story
Four decades in the same chair as our clients.
Before Integrity existed, founder Marsa Kent co-owned and ran a busy practice in Orlando, Florida for ten years, then operated two clinics in Columbus, Ohio. Those years taught a lesson no billing course can: exactly what a denied claim costs a practice — in revenue, in staff hours, and in an owner's peace of mind.
In 1996, that experience became a business. Integrity Medical Billing was built to be the billing partner a practice owner actually wants — one that treats every claim like its own money, because for years, it was.
